What does a subscription include?
All tiers are monthly subscriptions covering the services and areas in your written agreement. Essential focuses on routine touchups; Plus adds scheduled repainting of selected areas and expanded preparation; Premium includes 3 painters onsite 5 days a week, phased work and full-repaint planning for defined areas.
How often will painters visit?
Premium includes 3 painters onsite 5 days a week. Essential and Plus visit schedules and crew sizes are tailored to your property and confirmed during the walkthrough. All tiers are billed monthly; service hours and daily schedules are defined in your written proposal.
Are visits and materials unlimited?
No. The proposal defines service hours, visit length, materials and any repaint commitment. Repairs, crew availability and insurance details are confirmed in the written agreement.
How is the price determined?
We inspect the areas and surfaces, estimate labor, coatings and preparation, and provide a custom monthly subscription quote. All tiers are billed monthly. Pricing and scope are reviewed at 12 months; renewal changes require agreement.
